Wades Karting Days Out

My engine was not running well probably the carb but Christy’s was great which it didn’t used to be, but since they got rebuilt Christy’s has been great. I swapped engines with Christy because he wasn’t racing. sIn heat 1 I started 23rd and finished 8th (I was held up) and in heat 2 I started 2nd and finished 2nd so I started 4th for the final and finished in the same place, unfortunately I was held up but still got a trophy and now I’m 4th in the championship at the moment with my two lowest scores being 0 so I’ve got a decent chance now of a good place at the end of the season. Today me and Christy both raced sort of. Since it was Christy’s first race so he was a bit nervous.(of course)In the dummy grid Christy’s accelerate spring thingy came off so he got a DNS but he didn’t want to continue cos the conditions would put him off(they were awful).In my first heat I went from 15th to 7th which was very good cos the engine had just been rebuilt and we didn’t know how long it took to run hem in so it was miles of the pace(thats not eggzadurated however you spell it). In heat 2 I went from 5th to 8th oh well. I started 6th for the final. My start was rubbish again cos of the engine I kept whizzing past people I got worried about them overtaking me on the straights again so I pushed to hard got fast through some of the turns but I kept spinning off so I finished 16th out of 19 was 20 until Christy dropped out.
